Two weeks I stay strong and then by the third week, things start to revert back. That is always the pattern. Why is staying consistent so difficult when it comes to food? I’ve been craving a burger and fries or the triple McMuffins. But this is the moment to stay strong and focus on the end goal, so I did not stop at McDonalds on my way home from work. Two weeks to go, but I plan on continuing my no fast food and soda and to cut out other things.
This week I kept it simple and ate sandwiches for lunch. One day I forgot to prep, but I had an acacia bowl. I try to choose healthier options if I do have to eat out.
I’ve continued with my workouts even if I didn’t feel up to. I’m going to make it past the two week slump.
