I honestly can’t take how fast the months are going, it’s at the halfway point of March! This week I did eat out a little more than I should have, but I did try to choose healthier options. I still have not had any fast food or soda! This week I added in some work outs. It’s a 10 week at home work out program and let me tell you, I am sore! My aim currently is to work out everyday of the week as the program is set up, but sometimes due to things happening it may be 4. That is still a big improvement from zero work outs. Now to get past the two week mark and hopefully I’m less sore.
(I am telling you my whole body hurts.)
What I ate this week
Breakfast: 2 frozen waffles with honey or Oatmeal
Snack: PB and Chocolate Balls (These are so good! Check out the recipe here at 1:50)
Lunch: Leftover chickpea pasta or salad with veggie burger
I ate out 3 times this week for dinner. Soup once and two times shrimp tacos.
My goal next week is to eat 6 small meals each day!
